Steve Tanzer 90 points (Jan 2008) Golden yellow with amber highlights. Creamy, sweet nose is redolent of dried apricot, pineapple, barley sugar, fig and chestnut honey. Multilayered and mouthcoating, this boasts explosive flavors of dried apricot and peach, complicated by orange marmalade, almond and vanilla. Finishes velvety-smooth but with enough acidity to keep it from cloying.
