Color: Intense ruby red Nose: A complex and lingering bouquet of violets and blueberries Palate: The palate is soft and round with great elegance. The taste reflects the balance in the harvest between intense Sangiovese concentration and softness.

Wine Spectator 96 points (Oct 15 2009) Shows amazing aromas of blackberry, with hints of vanilla and flowers, along with black licorice and crushed berries.
