| Selection of the best quality grapes. The fruit is crushed,followed by a cold maceration for 6 days. Once Fermentation is finished, the wine is then macerated for 2 weeks then pressed. The wine is matured for 14 months in 50 % New French Oak and 50% Austrian Oak Casks. |
