Wine maker notes

A dry and soft cherry colored red wine. The bouquetis reminiscent of black cherry’s, raspberry, with hints of truffles. The balancing acid gives the wine a good structure and a long finish.

Food pairing

This wine is delightful with all kind of meat dishes, pizza, pasta and cheeses. Serve at 14-16ºC.
