Ultimate Beverage Challenge 91 points (Mar 2012) Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2012 Finalist. Translucent and pure. Comes off smelling first of cereal grains, then with further air contact the bouquet turns more biscuit and fruity, almost grapy/musty. In the mouth, the pleasing viscosity and dry neutrality of the flavor make for ultra-smooth quaffing.
