Excellent completely natural bitters obtained from a decoction of herbs and roots which is prepared over a wood fire and sweetened with the honey produced in the area of the Sibillini Mountains. This liquor should be drunk neat to aid digestion, or as a hot drink with a piece of lemon peel. It is a delicious thirst-quencher if mixed with soda water or Sprite. Shake it with white vermouth to get an original aperitif.
